Exfoliation
Once a week or so, use a gentle combination of natural ingredients to exfoliate or slough off dead skin cells.
Steam
Two to three times a month after you have cleansed and/or exfoliated, treat your skin to a steam bath to really get in there and deep cleanse the pores and stimulate circulation.
Creating a steam bath for your face is easy to do. Get a bowl of hot water, grab a towel, place your face over the bowl about 10-16 inches away from the bowl, drap the towel over your head and the bowel to form a tent, relax for 10 minutes which the steam baths your face.
A steam bath before applying a clay mask will give the clay mask more opportunity to cleanse and tone the pores too. After you have finished, tone and cleanse and moisturise.
Clay Mask
Once a week or every two weeks take some ME time and treat yourself with a clay mask. Apply to the face and neck. A clay mask will balance and invigorate the skin and stimulate circulation as well as gently exfoliate.
Hydrate
By this we mean, work from the inside out, drink lots of water and this will hydrate your skin, also in hot weather a light misting over your skin will also help to hydrate.
